Re: poly-urethane bushings!
Sweet as mate!My project is coming along slowly. In the last 3 weeks, it has 4 new shocks (monroe GT gas shocks) and lowered King springs fitted and a new stereo (4x50 Pioneer CD Tuner, 4" 3 ways at the front and JBL 6x9s at the rear) and 2 new front tyres. Soon to come are trips to the auto electricians, panel beaters, mechanics and tyre place.

Re: poly-urethane bushings!
My project hasn't even started yet, but it will soon. I'm going to start calling the junkyards around here within the next couple of weeks and get the ball rolling.
GXL-T, here I come

Re: poly-urethane bushings!
Okay..i guess..my project is coming along slowly (project in sig) I just installed my under drive pulleys today, after trying unsucessfully yesterday, because my impact wrench wasnt working right. So today, i borrowed one from work, and got the dampener nut off. Now to get the dampener itself off. I had to make a a Harmonic Dampiner puller myself, using some steel plates, nuts and bolts, and came off after a few choice words. Got the water pump pulley on, and alt pulley on. Have to wait till tomorrow to get my dampiner on. (need to boil it to expand it in boild water, and im to impatient to do that tonight) I got my white face a/c panel on yesterday, its crooked, but looks really good. I also got my white face a/c panels in, which look nice, although not easily visable in the dark. And my speedo is dead, so i gotta get a new speedo from the junk yard.

Re: poly-urethane bushings!
My project is also going very slow. . . Every free second of time I get when I'm not on AF, I'm sanding. I almost have all of the sanding done, so it is time to pick a color, get some primer, and go buy some paint!

Re: poly-urethane bushings!
polyurathane bushings are a pain in the ass.. you think feeling the cracks are bad... wait till the lubrication dries up and they start SQUEEKING constantly...
