help! install el glow gauge faces

can someone please walk me thru the steps on how to install these faces? i already took out the gauge cluster and i removed the screws from the existing stock faces(92 accord) but i can't get these needles off and don't wanna break them accidentally. i also don't know how to wire them either. the 3 faces connect into a box that has a negative and positive plus they have a third wire that connect to an on and off switch.where do i connect the negative and positive and arent they suppossed to light up when i turn on the instrument panel lights so why have a seperate on and off switch(is it necessary)?
