1g eclipse ????

im looking into getting a 91-94 eclipse/eagle talon for a street racer car wanting 13 seconds I raced one with exhaust and a boost controller and it ran a 13.4 now how is that possible and how hard will it be for me to do that??? also where can i get performance parts for it i look every where and nothing but springs and hi flow cats. also is there parts that will fit on there from 2g eclipses like the 16g turbo or something including electronics apexi s-afc controller etc;??? i really like them but if i cant find all types of parts for it then i don't know. thanks
