Hatch mirrors.

Ok, i'm new to the honda b/c I have always been a domestic guy. Anyways, i'm here ordering stuff for my car and you guys were lots of help with my corners but now I need to know some info on mirrors. It is a 91 hatch and would crx mirrors fit it? For some odd reason, it seems that some parts are skipped for the 90-91 hatch. I have been searching like crazy too. Hopefully the crx mirrors will work on a hatch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the CRX ones don't work on a hatch, but I know I've seen somewhere that accord ones work, you just have to drill some extra holes in the mounting plate or something... I'll see if I can come up with the link...

94-97 I believe...

I can't find the link anymore, but there used to be a how-to for modifying the accord mirrors to fit.

Re: Hatch mirrors.

Thanks, i'm trying to get the sl mirrors for it but no one makes them so i'm going to find another model that will basically fit or come close to it and then just make them work.

Just call around and find some used ones at a scrap yard for a 91...or even a 90...they'll work, not sure about the 88-89. I am quite sure though that the CRX won't fit....oh the 4G4Dr one's of the same year will work on your car as well.

Good luck.

Re: Hatch mirrors.

I'm actually looking for custom mirrors for my 91 but they don't make them. That is why I was curious if any other model would work on our cars.
