92 camry problem

I have had a few problems with my camry lately. My airbag light is on and my gauge lights wont come on. I work at a parts store and the computer said that there was a airbag and instrument cluster fuse in the passenger side fuse compartment. I found 2 fuses under my glove box but nothing else. so I was wondering if anyone knows were this third fuse box is. I know the first two are in the engine compartment and on the drivers side. any help would be appreciated. Also my ac light is blinking anyone know why this happens?

Do you have a fuse box behind the ashtray to the left of the steering column?

Well, I guess it's not an ashtray, just a cover that looks like an ashtray. There is supposed to be a fuse box there for 92-96 Camrys. There are two others in the passenger compartment. One in the driver side kick panel and one in the passenger side kick panel.

There are two more in Canadian Camrys.
