Tail Lights, and fog lights dont work

I went to the auto shop cause i got in an accident, they replaced the whole right side light fixture, the right turn signal and the bumper. they had to re wire all of it... i think now the headlights work... but the tail lights and the fog lights dont work....

the turn signals, headlights.. and break lights work just fine... when they redid the wiring could it be possible that one of the fuses blew?? if so.. what fuse is for the headlights of a 97 toyota camry le.... lol cause i sure as hell cant find it
or mabey they didnt plug it in... where would i look? lol wow im so lost

they dont open back up till monday.. im just seeing if i can fix it before i gotta take it back... party tonight damnit
