OBD doesn't play a part in matching a head to a block, only the head to the wiring harness in the car.
You will need to tap and run an oil line for the head, and drill in a couple dowels to make it sit right on the block. Oh wait there's more, here is how to with pics, how nice.... http://www.hondaswap.com/forums/inde...howtopic=33559
