OBD 1 or 2
I have a 1995 lumina apv 3.1 liter, the haynes manual says it has a obd 2
but it will turn out obd1 codes which do i believe. help

Check here to compare your diagnostic port. Some 95 vehicles had the obd2 port but were not obd2 fully compatable
