EVO/STI/M3/Cobra/81 930 porsche
Which one of those cars should I get??? I am torn between all of them. Basically the porsche has had custom work from kremer in germany, boosting at a max of 30 psi, but it just seems like it would be a huge hassle to keep it up. Other than that Which one of those cars do you guys think I should get???
Is there even much of an aftermarket for bmw M3's??? Your imput would be appreciated. |

Re: EVO/STI/M3/Cobra/81 930 porsche
There is HUGE aftermarket support for M3's...
www.turnermotorsport.com I'd reccommend against the 930 only because they are VERY difficult to drive and you can get into a whole lot of trouble in them before you realize there's something wrong. The EVO and STi are basically a wash between the two cars. They have slight differnces, and it's basically a matter of personal preference as to which one is better.

Im a huge M3 guy so im gunna go ahead and suggest that. It has a pretty big aftermarket, cept' its kinda expensive. I suggest the Dinan Signiture 2 (S2) kit, cause well... thats what I have. Yet again, its easy to spend too much money on this car.
I like the EVO alot, only problem is its really hard to get much more power out of it, its turbo is already gigantic. Costs alot to upgrade this too. Im not a big fan of the WRX STi's looks and I dont think it handles as well as the EVO, but it is much easier to upgrade then the M3 and the Evo. 81 930 Porsche is a kinda cool car i guess, it is a porsche... It wont be as fast as most of the other cars here though, and it will probably spend alot of time in the shop Dont buy this years Mustang, you'll regret it next year when the new one comes out. |

I have an Evo...the parts arent really expensive to buy. Same with an STI. I dont have a good paying job either...If you buy that porsche, its already boosting at 30 psi meaning...its probably not going to last you very long after you buy it. Porsche parts are very expensive too. If you buy a cobra, parts are just like the Evo. But you can spend about 2k get a supercharger and its way faster than the evo. Cobras have a wide variety of industry products since its been in America since like the 70's or sumthin...I never thought about the M3 as a racer. The parts are harder to find i think. i never really looked into it. But if you have a lot of money you should just get a Skyline and make it street legal.
