Fuel Pump or Ignition Problem

Hey Guys, I just got a 1991 Prelude and once in a while in 1st or 2nd gear while accelerating, the car goes dead for about 5 seconds and then comes back to life just as suddon. It is like I turned off the key, and then turned it back on. Any suggestions on what would cause this would be greatly appreciated!
