Talking Pick and Pull finds

I was so bored, I decided to go to my nearest junkyard and see what they had. To my luck, they had:
1. White DX crx, 90
2. Blue STD hatch, 90
3. Green DX hatch, 91
4. Gold LX 4-door, 88
5. Silver DX 4-door, 89
6. Red STD hatch, 91

I spent a near 5 hours in there and had so much fun. I was so carried away that I got the following.

- CRX sun visors (cloth)
- CRX glove box (cloth)
- Hatch rear wiper motor and arm
- Black speaker covers
- Black Door handles
- Rear roof handles (had no clue that hatch DX's had them)
- Little coat hanger on rear panel
- Hatch rear wiper harness

I was going to spend a whopping $50 on all this, but the guy let me have it all, yes all for just the price of $20. I couldn't believe it! My friends got two brand new pioneer's and clarions out of near by 88 supra for just 10 bucks. Just wondering, but is there anything else I can get from these cars that is not related to the engine? There are no engines in all of them what so ever.

Re: Pick and Pull finds

To tell you the truth, i didnt want to sound horrible or anything, but I did end up pocketing those things, I figured, they wanted that much money for em, so they could go ahead and stick it right up their ass, I was not even about to pay 10 bucks for some headlight pigtails, thats stupid

i REALLY need a part. being the wonderful role model of a moderator that i am, i didn't want to start a thread about parts. but since you already did

this goes out to ANYBODY and everybody who is by a u-pull type junkyard. i need a part for the AT 93 integra. it is a stupid part under the shifter...basically it's the electrical part that keeps the key on lock down until you are in park. the one that is in the car is losing contact and you can't always get your key out of ignition. i can and will provide a pic of the exact part should anybody feel up to the challange.

the part can only come out of a 92 or 93 auto tranny integra. we called 15 damned junkyards around different parts of OR & WA....not 1 single place had an AT 92 or 93.

i'm in cali until monday. i can post up a pic of the part when i get home.

Okay i was getting worried that the wold actually charge that much and people would pay.

oh and ill keep my eye out for you, but the newest integra in junkyards in st. louis are like 1990s. About how big is it? I do know one junkyard that does have it but they are a rip off. Put it this way. They have a 92 gsr with the ultra rare b17a1, and i asked how much they wanted for it and they were like 4000. I said OMG NO. Ill check but i think that they are only manual trannys though.
