87 Imark overheating

I have a 87 I mark that is overheating I replaced my hoses and noticed when I went to fill up the radiator that water was coming from a small hole in the side of the engine block right behind my powersteering hookup and was wondering if anyone might have had a similar problem it looks to be a premade hole but I have no idea really
