This is definitely true. My mom used to work for a Japanese company, for... I think like 8 years. So she really immersed herself in Japanese culture during her tenure. And this kind of stuff happens.
Students in most countries are not put through levels of stress that Japanese students have to suffer through. These exams have the equivalent reputation of MCAT's for difficulty and importance. And I guess that for stressed out boys, moms have the best stress-release available at their disposal Not that I'm saying I agree with incest, by the way.....

It is shocking if it is true, but I find it hard to believe the mother-son bit. And the chastidy belt makes my suspicious, those have never, ever been used. At least, there has never been a documented case. Now they are sex toys, as they probably were hundreds of years ago.
