Dating is it more quanitity or quality

I would definitly go for quality over quantity, if I had a choice, but since I have had only 1 Date in a long time, and it sucked ( thanks to me ) there isnt much for me to say.

Im trying to just be happy the way I am, and if I meet someone all the better.

I think when I was younger it was quantity. Now that im older its quality, but the girls I've gone out with lately have been kind of lame.

Hmmm... you know, this is a good one. Like most things in life, from my perspective, it's all about carefully balancing both extremes.

EXAMPLES: 1) Would you (forgive the bluntness of my example, but I am trying to prove a point) like to either date one girl, your entire life, perfect as she may be, from the day you are first interested in girls, until the day you die? I know I certainly wouldn't. I'd give up a shot at perfect love, better than what 90% of people in the world are ever able to find, with the perfect girl, in order to date more, i.e. QUANTITY.

2) On the other hand, would you like to date.. say 1,000 girls, though they all happen to be unattractive, whether physically, uncommunicative and lacking passion, or otherwise simply put "not keepers." I wouldn't want this either - I need some QUALITY.

In conclusion, I wish to walk that tightrope in between, get some healthy dating numbers (and some healthy notches in the old bedpost while I'm at it - heh heh :sun: ), with some pretty good catches, in order to one day find myself a keeper. The simple answer (too late): BOTH. What can I say I'm a "have my cake and eat it too" kind of guy.

at first, like while in your teens, and early twenties, it should be about quantity. then, as you get older and realize what you want, it should be about quality...

i'm really picky, i'd say about 1% of all girls in the world are dateable

but still i enjoy the quantity, the "fling" once in a while

I have had a fair number of dates not heaps but have more quality ones then not. Though I have a fettish for women in uniforms only been with a few the rest have been either woman I have known for a while and the odd few blind dates which can be interesting to say the least.
