14.906 ~ getting close

~My first lap down the track brought me darn close to my set time. Think the weather helped....

1st Heat

R/T = .855
60' = 2.246
330 = 6.326
1/8 = 9.649
MPH = 73.01
1000 = 12.502
1/4 = 14.906
MPH = 93.14

~on this heat the temp was up from the last race day.

2nd Heat

R/T = .498
60' = 2.284
330 = 6.142
1/8 = 9.765
MPH = 73.82
1000 = 12.631
1/4 = 15.075
MPH = 90.50

~did a small burn out and started sooner on the tree. the car seemed to grip better off the line but lost traction going down the track. well, in shifting gears the tires squealed. hasnt done that before. can only attribute it to the burn out? plus the temp was much colder.

~target time is still 14.8 or better

What mods do you have?

Those seem pretty goods for your first time. Im sure with more practice you can probably cut a 14.6-14.7

Work on your launching and traction. Get your 60 ft's to 2.0 and I'm sure you'll see a 14.5 1/4 mile time.
