2001 Whindstar Fog/Driving lights

Hi... I just bought a 2001 Windstar LX. It has the grey front bummper which has the foglight recesses already in the bumper. Iam trying to locate a place to buy a fog light kit for it. I have checked with the Ford dealers and they say it is not available. Does anyone have any good sources? Thanks, Tim

auto wrecker would be your best bet, you need the push button and the lamps. most vehicles come pre wired for all options, so the harness should be in place.

what is auto wrecker? where do I find them?

I think he is saying check with an auto salvage (wrecker) yard in your area for a Windstar that has been wrecked but has the front end in tact. Check yellow pages or ask parts store/body repair people around you. I could be wrong though. There may be a specific site on the net he's referring to.

well is there not any site that sells them, it makes no sense at all.

I was looking over the whole net. I could not find it.

i'm referring to auto parts recycling yard (aka junk yard). there seems to be no shortage of them where i live, spent many hours picking thru them as a teenager when i couldn't afford a new car, or new parts for that matter
