Stupid Neighbour

i have a neighbour, well not really, he just lives in the flat opposite of mine, which has a big open carpark in between. but this guy with his orange rx7, wakes up the whole estate when he goes out at 2am, comes back from 7-11 a few mitutes later, leaves the stupid turbo timer thing on and the stupid car idles like a lawnmower race is taking place for a little while, and when it finally stops, he gets back out and starts his car AGAIN, idles there for too long, "careful not to rev the stupid turbo", and speeds off into the night, coming back when im waking up. (hey, i dont need an alarm clock anymore) when he speeds off i can hear him until he is a mile away, when he tries to get back in, over the speed bump, and into the parking lot, he needs to rev so hard it sounds like some helicopter is starting up, and then to get in, he ALWAYS has to reverse park, so everyone can see his BEAUTIFUL custom front bumper. so how does he inch his way into the lot? he knows he wont get anywhere under 6000 rpms, so he hits the limit, the car jerks,and he brakes, repeat..... when he finally gets in, is he done? NO, he HAS TO ABSULUTELY GET THE CAR POSITIONED 23 DEGREES TO THE NORTH. WHY DONT YOU JUST PUSH YOUR STUPID FRUITCAKE IN AND STOP REVING SO HARD AT 3AM? then he leaves the turbo timer thing to do its job and the car idles up and down again. (for gods sake get a fucking drivers license, or at least get a less noisy, more torquey car if you want to be like batman)

dont get me wrong i love rx7s i also love orange cars with nice looking wings and bodykits just dont wake me up when i have big tests the next day

Yeah.. 7's aren't exactly known for being quiet, but this guy is a complete dick if he keeps waking everyone up with it. You could call a complaint in and have a cop sitting around there somehwre for when he starts his nightly escapade, he'll be hit with a fix-it-ticket. IF he doesnt fix it, then it'll just keep getting worse for him, or he has the option of coasting it into the lot.
