Caaaaan it be done?!
N/A -> TII swap for 5 grand?
Here's what i'm thinking: JDM S4 turboII front clip (engine, tranny, turbo, ya know): $1600 Shipping: (?) $400 Complete rebuild kit: $1100 (fucking christ that's a lot of money for thin slices of metal and rubber that weigh less than a pound combined! )RB Turboback exhaust system: $800 LHD wiring harness : hopefully no more than 50 bucks at a boneyard Mazdatrix TII -> N/A driveshaft: $300 Labor: FREEEEE! (I'm doing it all meself) Total: ~4250 so far. Hmm... Anyone see any holes in this? things i might be missing? I'm hoping the ~750 bucks will cover any unforseen small problems that will arise. I'll use the TII hood that comes with the clip, unless i decide to grow some balls and try to mount the stock intercooler up front, therefore keeping my nice smooth hood on there. I'm also thinking i can make some money back by selling any good parts from the clip and my old engine that I won't end up needing personally. Maybe make a couple hunded bucks. Questions? Comments? Concerns? Discuss here. Thanks.

Re: Caaaaan it be done?!
can be done... but I say why not an S5 clip? more base horses and they are like 200-300 bucks more from what I've seen, but its deffinately doable, and your smart to say 750 bones for unforseen things, its always good to over budget
