They don't make clear tails for our cars anymore, but you can find them sometimes on e-bay... Unless you are referring to Altezza's which are still made for our cars:
![]() ![]() and before you ask, no... CRX, sedan, and hatchback tails are not interchangeable in any way (unless you have a bunch of time and money to waste on doing some modifications). As far as projector headlights go, ebay is a good bet again... I ordered mine from www.autodynamic.com and had no problems with them at all... Extremely quick delivery too I might add... But they are carried at many many other websites, so shop around. ----------------- EDIT ------------------- Just saw these too... interesting idea (paintable face-plate), but I think they still look like shit.

If you want clear tails for your hatch, you are goin to have to keep searching ebay, cause they dont make them anymore, so there is no telling what the price is goin to be on them.

What I wonder is WHY do people refer to them as Euro lights? Do European cars come with these kind of tail lights? I thought it was all started with the Toyota Altezza? I haven't seen them on any VW's, Mini's, Alfa's, nor Peugeot.... or are they coming out on new models I haven't seen? Other than the Toyota Altezza, and newer Lexus models, I think most of the altezza style lights are an an American creation gone mad, right?

Re: Euro lights
Unfortunately I don't have a picture of my taillights up yet to show you but here's a good clean idea. Get clears, if you still can, and paint the brake sections with transparent candy apple red paint from a hobby shop. Gives you a sweet Red/Clear combo that looks awesome and not ricey. By the way, paint the middle piece of the tailights red too or it'll look messed up.

Re: Euro lights
There is a website, cant remember witch one, that used completely clear tails to make some fake jdm, Kinda like what your talking about. You can find them cheep on ebay about once a month, sometimes more frequently.

Re: Euro lights
yesh i think that some american ppl saw the toyota altezza taillights and they turned it into a fad over here
some of the lights look tasteful, but others are just plain...*no comment* If you have money to spend, get projector headlights and then buy better bulbs for them if they have crappy lighting. But we've had threads on this and most will stick with stock for the better light output. But for showcars the projectors will give u more points..lol
