Basically, my car has 190,000 miles on it stock everything, after I graduate I wanna make a swap. What is the best swap for 1990 integra LS we are talkin money not really an issue. Most HP is the optimal idea here. lets see what the people think?

why not get another ls engine, do some internal work, and go turbo there ya go

if u want a good swap go with a 88-91 B16 all you need is the ecu and harness and it will do right in because it is a cable tranny those came in cars in japan..

It depends on what you want to do. If you want to stay all motor, then you'd get the best gains out of a vtec motor. You'd probably get the most value out of a first gen b16. If you want to go forced induction, however, the cheapest way would be to get another b18a/b, build it, and turbo it. It all depends on your power goals and the amount of money you wish to spend.
