Dashlight Illumination Lights dont work

For some reason the dash lights in my 96 Bravada wont come on when I turn my head lights on. The tail lights dont not work as well. I have brake lights and turn signals all around just these lights wont work. I checked the fuses inside the drivers side door and they are fine. Are there any other fuses im missing? under the hood possibly and if so where are they located? Please help me. I love my bravada and i can only drive it in the day due to no dash/tail lights.
