'93 Honda Accord lowering help???

Hello, I have a '93 Honda Accord 4 door that I'm about to lower using coilovers and a camber kit. My question is about the rear arm that comes up from behind the wheel to the top of the wheel then goes to the top of the fender well, What is it and will I have to get an aftermarket one because I think it will rub the tire???

it won't as long as the rim is not to big like a 17" and a 2" drop in the front and 2.5" drop in the back.
