Tachometer? Where?

Hey, I was wondering where the tach out hookup is on an 89 century 3.3L. I bought a tach because im used to having one to look at, but now i cannot find where to plug it in to get readings! Help! any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

at ignition madule there is a white wire this is your tach signal

Is it a plan white wire that comes out of the harness next to the modulke and the spark wires? should i cut or does it come out inside of car. I cannot find it inside! thanks
