Fuel filter replacement
I have a 1999 z24 with 39,000 miles. I want to replace the fuel filter. After finally locating it I need to know how to remove it. On the one side of the filter it seems you need only a couple of open end wrenches. On the other side of the filter there is some kind of a fitting that might need a special tool. My question is do I need a special tool for the on side or can it be pulled or twisted off?

Why not just use a pair of long nose plyers?
