99 Camry 4 cyl. compression spec needed
Hello,
Can someone please post the factory specs on the cylinder compression readings (std/min/max/max allowed variation etc). My car has 160k miles with psi readings of 183/176/180/195. Regards, Ben |

Re: 99 Camry 4 cyl. compression spec needed
Warm up engine, disconnect ignition coil connectors, remove spark plugs, insert compression gauge, fully open throttle, crank engine 250 rpm or more, measure compression pressure for each cylinder. Pressure 178psi or more. Minimum pressure 142psi. Difference between each cylinder 14psi or less.
