95 Safari Stereo Help.

I have a 95 Safari SLX.Just a little while ago the car got a flat.So they took out the jack and everything from the stowage compartment,and we fixed the problem.We were on the way home,I decided to turn on the radio and all I could hear was a very loud buzzing sound.I turned off the radio and turned it back on,the noise was still there.So I investigated and found out that the noise was coming from the Back left sub woofer attached to the left door.Every other speaker sounded fine exept for that one.I took a look into the JACK STOWAGE compartment and noticed a few cables here and there.Could it have been that when the jack and acc. were pulled/yanked out,a cable could have ripped or something like that.I have the stock radio,I had no problems whatsoever with the radio untill that.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.
