93 grand am ac-heater problem

I can not figure out why or where the air is going that is suppose to be coming out the vents . installed new blower . Can here it blowing but very little air comes out the vents .Air is cold or hot depending on setting just not anywhere close tothe volume that should be coming threw vents . Your help is greatly appreciated.

the air comes in at one spot, that provides air through the vent next to the driver's door.. and the 2 vents above the stereo... If you want, you can somewhat easily, pop off the dashboard that runs above the gauge cluster, and then you will have a good view of the hole that the air flows from.. maybe something is blocking it or whatnot, but as far as any reason why it isn't coming out, or where it could be going, i don't know..

I had this problem a while back. Turns out that the A/C evaporator was clogged with tons of dirt and grime. Since it's the first thing ing the air flow path, it stopped all air from blowing, on all settings.
I cleaned it out by removing the blower and spraying some cleaner in the hole, then washing it out with a hose. You can't see the evaporator from the blower hole, but if you put your hand down in there you can feel the fins to see if they're clogged or dirty.
