turn signals

ok i just bought a 98 zx2. i was wondering if i change the amber bulb out of them will they be white or do i need to replace the hole asembely

I'm pretty sure that you would have to replace the whole assembly if you wanna change the color. Keep in mind that it is illegal to change your turn signal color from amber. I pretty sure all turn signals need to be amber. But who am I to say whats illegal, I'm going to do it to.
