Yes we know, the Car Drawing Contest has been a while ago, and most of you have probably already completely forgotten about it
We would like to apologize to everyone on AF, especially all the Contest participants for announcing this so late, we have had our hands full with many many things, though it should not be our excuse, and announcing the winner of the Contest should have been our top priority. Again, apologies go to everyone here. :angel:

Derek is great, but still a bit lacking in proportions...
Im not trying to be an a-hole, but you havent seen any of my truly good work and others who may not have had time to upload...those I submmitted were only 5 minute sketches from 2 years ago, like that Pagani which I can draw MUCH BETTER with more time, and Ill post some really good stuff later on.....maybe we can have another contest..no prize needed, but just to see some better drawings....I know we were given lots of time, but its summer now and college is over so people can draw and upload great stuff now that everyone has time away from studies....what do you think? in fact, heres a better example of my personal true potential

Well, Congratulations, Derek, and good job to all the others who participated. Keep up the good work.

Derek: I think our artistic styles are very similar from viewing your work, and your stuff looks good. I just would like to give some constructive advice, though if you don't mind. I think your drawings would look much more vivid if you pressed your colors further, and had a greater contrast between shades, and more defined and darker lines. Very well done, though. The 360 Modena looks great near the back end, but the front end looks a little piched, and the detail is really low up in the front, versus the rest of the pic.
