What kind of help are you looking for? I don't think that people here are intentionally ignoring you, but it's hard to tell what you need. Usually, specific questions will get more answers than general ones.

And welcome to AF!

Re: Revell Ford Focus Wrc Mcrae/Sainz

Criptix by name and cryptic by nature
What exactly is your problem? Do you mean the poor finish around the black boarder on the windscreen? If so, that probably has a lot to do with the paper masking material Hasegawa (and I'm assuming Revell) use. Tamiya make theirs out of real masking tape that has some give in it to properly cover the curved screen. You could try using the original (if you still have it) as a template to make a new mask in a better medium. If it is just that the paint ran under the mask, then try using lighter coats so the paint doesn't have a chance to run. If you're using an airbrush that is.

BTW welcome to AF

I think this is the worst model i could have started out on this forum with, it has to be my worst .
I was asking for tips on the window trim i was doing it free hand and i kinda slipped and screwed it up. By the way i was using a testors paint pen, not the best of choices but still useful. anyways this how i fixed it or sorta fixed it.

AND THESE ARE JUST TO SHOW I DONT REALLY SUCK THAT BAD

I think I saw a ghostline???
Seriously looks to me like you just left the car the molded color and Painted the black trim. It also looks like you painted WAY too much trim also. you made the windowtrim and everything within a half of an inch black.
My suggestion would be to not give up and keep practicing...ALOT.

P.s. I would answer your last question, but i really have no idea what it was... but i hope it works out for you.

Re: Revell Ford Focus Wrc Mcrae/Sainz

There is a 'How To' in the thread at the top of the main page on how to paint window trim, you will also find other useful 'How To's up there, I suggest a visit.
Don't forget to visit the FAQ too, lots of good info there too.

Re: Revell Ford Focus Wrc Mcrae/Sainz

The aoshima R32 GTR skyline GTwing kit comes with an engine. HOWEVER, you will have to cut off the hood to make it openable and closeable, otherwise you'll have to remove the body everytime you want to see the engine.

Thanx for the feedback.
Also i did some researching about the aoshima model before posting my question. Ever since i did the Acurate Miniatures Mclaren f1 i have been trying to find a model with that much engine detail ie spark plug wiring radiator hoses seatbelt materials. I loved tahat model and it came out very sweet altough some of the smokestacks have fallen due to numerous moves and it has basically fallen apart i still like to show off the detail, even if it is trashed.

Re: Revell Ford Focus Wrc Mcrae/Sainz

You weren't kidding, there are some seriously missing parts there! How could you let that happen to such a great car and model Does the bodywork fit? Thanks for the pics. I've started building one of these, it is going to be difficult to cram everything in!

It goes together nicely the engine is the best tho.
The body does fit but i wanted my work to be shown so i just left it off. I actually got the model at a hobby lobby for 20 bucks. It was a steal considering all the fun i had on it.

Im about to give up on this focus the rear brake lights dont fit properly, the damn antennae is so small i need a magnifing glass to see the detail (just fashioned a bigger one from excess plastic). The side decals dont fit properly they crack bubble all around the fender . I just dont know if i can repair the damage done to it. Also i fixed the window trim. I cut the side windows out .
