I narrowed my list down to 6 cars:

Nissan Maxima SE
Stillen Supercharger (280 Horsepower – 0-60 5.5-5.7)

Lexus IS 300
215 HP (218 lb-ft Torque)
Inline six cylinder
3 Liter
0-60 (7.1 sec)

Mercedes Benz C320
215 HP (221 lb-ft Torque)
V-6 cylinder
3.2 Liter
0-60 (6.9 sec)

BMW 325i
184 HP (175 lb-ft Torque)
Inline 6 cylinder
2.5 Liter
0-60 (8.1 sec)

Acura CL Type S w/ Navigation

260 HP (232 lb-ft Torque)
V-6 cylinder
3.2 Liter
0-60 (6.57 sec)

Acura 3.2 TL w/ Navigation
225 HP (216 lb-ft Torque)
V-6 cylinder
3.2 Liter
0-60 (? sec)

Anybody know any good modifications for these cars? Any additional information or personal experiences? I'm all open for suggestions. Gotta narrow this list into 3 cars.

Nissan Maxima is a VERY good car performance, styling, pricing, and comfort wise. Though it is a sedan. I'll get you some more info and my thoughts a lil later, very busy right now.....

If I were to pick three cars out of the list:

Lexus IS 300
Mercedes Benz C320
BMW 325i
(in no particular order)

why?? It doesn't seem like you really are looking for performance, and all of them are very nice cars, although I think those three are the nicest. If you're looking for performance, go with the Nissan and the Acuras, because parts are regularly available. Just my $.02.

I'd go with the IS300. Not only would I choose it for stock comparisons, but it has a naturally aspirated version of the last supra. What does that make you think of? Right...Twin turbos.

In a sport Compact Car review someone from Toyota said that spatial consraints would pose a slight problem for putting that same TT system in, but that it would be possible by moving some things and removing some things.

Secondly, there are plenty of internal mods for that engine already in existence. IS300 for me.

Otherwise I think I'd choose the Acura CL type S, the Merc C, or the 325, in that order (but decided in no order other than personal preference)

tell us some more, are you looking for the performance?
do you even want to buy a sedan? or do you want a coupe?
how are you going to use your car? for transportation or for the cool of it? or are you gonna race it?

I think the IS300 is a damn gorgeous car, both in looks and performance potential, I'd go IS300.

putting the twin turbos on it would be cool too
