Install Sunvisor and Headrest screens

I want to install sunvisor screens and headrest screens in my car. Does anyone know how or where I can get information on how to get the cables from the back of the car to the screens themselves? I need to get the cable in the floorboard to get to the headrests and in the roof panel somehow to get to the sunvisors.
