I have a 96 Neon 5 speed., Im racing a 8 cylinder 84 camaro(base) and a 8 cylinder 93 stang.,Both autos.,,Will I have a chance of winning without powershifting??

That sounds like a race. I would almost guess the Camaco would be the biggest problem because 1993 is the year the Mustangs werent exactly the fastest, unless its a 5.0. Id say you would do ok against the Mustang though as long as you dont mess up too bad.

Well let's think about this... 84 Camaro....84....84....base....base...hmmmwhooped 305 motor with a 200r4 tranny probably not a problem...The stang well...maybe if it's still in good shape you should think about cheating. I have a 87 Shelby daytona and at stock HP I ran almost door to door with AOD mustangs. That was 2 years and almost 300 HP ago now Neither one presents a problem.....

i was just foolin around one night and took on what looked like a 97 stang, got my bootie handed to me on a silver platter, but it was still fun (i gotta 98 dohc rt w/ manual tranny)
