Auto GSX rpm and tranny problem...

hi guys...
2 days before i had the timing belt done for my 1995 gsx automatic and after 4 months my car started running.. but once i started my car.. and the grear was in park (P) i had my foot on the break pedal but i saw the RPM increasing automatically... without me pressing the gas....the rpm reaches around 5000 and its stays there.... i dint care abt it that time and started driving it.. after like 40 miles... i stopped for a while then i started the car and again the rpm goes to 5000 with me pressing the gas... that time i shifted to drive (D) and the car dint move instead it just jumped a foot infront and stays there and then again if i give somemore gas it again jumps a foot and stay.. it wont move further.. the car is still on... plus when i shifted to reverse (R) and i gave some gas the car dint even move.. i dunno wats wrong with it.. cna somebody help me thanks...
