Two recent drawings(prelude,jdm teg)

ok, the prelude i kinda rushed yesterday and i also started a jdm teg. this jdm teg is from aseanz, he posted it a while back as a reference pic and now i decided to start drawing it, im taking more time on it. I thinks its his brothers car or his friends or something, VERY NICE!!!
for the prelude, i kinda drew wut i wanted, like i made the hood stock and i removed the license plate so its not exact to the picture. with the jdm teg, i dont plan on drawing the license plate.

pics arent that great butt(hehe) meh.

yah, tell me if the proportions are wrong or if something else is bad. mostly for the jdm teg, i wanna do the jdm teg nicely.

Re: Two recent drawings(prelude,jdm teg)

The prelude looks nice, and the teggy is cool too, but I do see one problem that I often do myself.

It appears as if you adjusted the teg to fit the page, because if you look at the ref pic the integra is a lil' bit wider and more stout than you have drawn it.

i thought that i adjusted it too. cuz it looked like it, but i then adjusted the lights and it made it look better. anyways, i did check all of the proportions like 3 times and i had my brother check them and they are correct. before, when i didnt draw in the window and sum details it looked REALLY crunched in, now its better.
its really weird tho because the measurements are accurate, but it still looks a little bit crunched. ??????

weird

Nice job on both rides SeCrEtMoDdEr!

Sometimes your photographs can trick you a little. The Camera only has 1 eye, and sometimes there's a little distortion.

In your case I think once you get some of the shading on the side especially through that front panel the car will start to take shape for you.

It's hard to tell sometimes until you get deeper in the work.

Looking forward to seeing it develop.

Looks good Dommy. I like the teg the most. Are you using ink for the pitch black areas? or just a really soft pencil?
