tail light fuse blows

I have a 1995 Ford Escort I have no tail lights or dash light I replaced the fuse and when you turn on the head lights the fuse blows every time can any one lead me in the right direction I dont have a lot of money to spend on getting it fixed

I think I responded to a previous problem with this if you want to check it out. Check your light sockets and see if they are corroded. Something is shorting out. I would begin with the socket and make your way to the fuse box.
