Question apex vafc setting

i just bought an integra gsr, i don't know what settings to put my apexi vafc at. please anyone who knows anything, help!

what type of mods do you have ?? lowering your vtec engaugement with stock parts is gonna take out alot of mid range power ...

okay, heres what i got...
dc header, greaddy full exhaust, msd ignition, cool air intake with k & n, dc racing clutch, the apex, double sync. trans. spark plugs, and its all on the 16v 1998 vtech. please help me.

you need some more agressive cams ... your vtec setting is set to maximize performance with the cams you have , unless you get some more agressive ones you'll be losing power ....
