1996 GTP Fob Help (Keyless Entry)

I recently programmed a fob off ebay that said it for my bonneville and it wasnt, instead it was for my dads 1996 GTP, so I gave it to him so he could have a second, so today I tried programming it, thinking that it was the same instructions for my 1994 Bonneville SSE, well I think I did something wrong because only the 1 origional fob works and the only buttons on it that work are the unlock and the trunk..... PLEASE I NEED SOMEONES HELP!!! Please if anyone can, give the the correct fob programming instructions for a 1996 Grand Prix GTP AND the Resyncronizing instructions. Thanks if anyone can help!!!

Do a search here for the instructions. They are bound to be on here somewhere. I found how to do it for my 2000 model. Pretty sure you can find it as well for the 1996.

Unfortunately I did do a search last night....took me about 1/2 hours. Unless I missed the instructions somewhere. I found for a 93 Grand Prix, a 97, and a 94 but I dont want to try those because you have to short the wires, and if those are the wrong directions.... there could be some big consequenses. Thanks though
