1995-1996 Maxima Tail Lights

Hey everyone...I've been looking FOREVER for some nice tail lights for my 96 Maxima and all I can find are those chrome and carbon-fiber ones that you see everywhere... (see pictures)





You can get these off of eBay for $80-90 bucks, but these are sh**y... Every single HONDA out there has these... We want something different!!!

Check out this website... I've already sent them an email about getting some tail lights made for our Maxima and they said they will in like a year or so...maybe if we can get a whole bunch of people to ask about them, then they will start making them sooner... Here's a sample pic of some of these SWEET tail-lights...

ANYWAYS, does anybody know of some taillights that look better that the 2 above that we see all the time that will fit my 96 Maxima?

i'm not a big fan of altezza's at all, but there aren't too many other options. if you were driving a 97+ i'd say go with red/clears but they don't make 'em for 95-96.

SAME HERE! I am so tired of those altezzas everywhere, but since I don't have a 97+, does anybody else have any suggestions?

I have altezzas on my maxima and I'm getting tired of them. When I bought them a couple of years ago, not a lot of people had them; but now I see them everywhere. I'm thinking of painting the outside of them black to match my car kinda like the skyline lights. I did see these other lights in a magazine once, they looked like they were sticking straight out of the body. Other than that I don't know what else there is.

I painted the Amber portion of my tail lights Red to match the rest. It looks good and they are not Altezzas. I'll get some pics here a little bit.

Also, Caracicatriz, I think I know the kind of tail lights your talking about that "looked like they were sticking straight out of the body". If you are talking about what I think you are talking about, then I REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU SAW THOSE OR HOW TO GET THEM!!!

I was lookin at some Altezzas on eBay today, and found some Carbon Fiber Altezzas....kinda like the second picture above from my first post, and if I can't get any help from you guys soon, I might just go ahead and get those....

These are for Accords. I can't find them for Maximas anywhere. I don't think they make them yet for our cars. Just don't buy the first thing you see. If anything I'de go for the Red/Clear tails.

Well, VQmax95, thanks for the pics, but that's not really what I'm looking for... These would look stock to any person not familiar with our car... I want something that does NOT look stock, but also that you dont see very often.

Also, Caracicatriz, thanks for the link to those wierd lookin lights for the Accord...True, I could not find any for the Maxima, but I am still unsure if I would even get those...they ARE different, which is what I like, BUT maybe a little too different.




ANY BODY HAVE ANY OTHER IDEAS FOR SOME TAIL-LIGHTS?????

Hey guys, this is Andrew again... I found those really SWEET LED tail-lights I was talking about... I talked to the guy and he said he would have them in production for the Maxima soon...I was thinkin...maybe if tons more people emailed him asking for LED tail-lights for the 96 Maxima...then he will put them into production faster....

This guy has Custom LED tail lights. http://www.vqpower.com/v2/modules.ph...article&sid=87. I plan on doing this to mine, hopefully right after I find some clears for the outside to pain that aren't outrageously priced! Maybe show this to that company, to give them an idea of just how sick it could look. Maybe that will motivate them.

Wow, I like those goy's tail lights---especailly at night. If you are able to get you hands on some, please post it, how much u got them for and from where.
