police suck a$$!!
today i was cruisin around town and the cop pulled me over because my exhaust on my 1995 civic si hb is too loud. he told me keep it down otherwise hed write me a ticket. so a little while later i drove by him and reved my engine up and he pulled me over and gave me a ticket for disturbing the peace....and this was at 4 p.m. is that bullshit or what?

No it's not, he was being nice to you the first time, then you were a prick to him. I would have gotten you with everything that I could have that second time around. This import scene doesn't need pricks like you running around with your high pitched bumblebee exhausts thinking your the man. When in actuality your trying to make up for something that is lacking between the legs with your loud ass exhaust.
