'87 Caravan wiper problem

'K.. I replaced the tilt steering column on my Caravan and reconnected all the connectors in the same places they came from on the original.
Problem I got now is the front w/s wipers don't have a delay anymore-If I operate the stalk switch like it should work, starting from full clockwise-(OFF/INT/LO/HI)-they work like this: LOW/OFF/LOW/HI.
WTF is this all about? The delay module is connected correctly.
Does anybody have a pinout diagram for the wiper switch I could use to do a continuity/resistance test on it?
Dunno what year van the column came from but the functions on the switch are marked identically on it to the original switch. I seem to remember that 1st gen Chrysler minivans shared most parts like that.
