wrx sti, evo vs G35

Im soon to be in a market for an sti, now how does the sti compare to the G35c, my friend has one and I wanna car that can smoke his. Based on the stats it should. Also how does the sti do agaist an evo, either way i like subaru more, just for general knowledge. All the cars im talking about should be stock. Mann i lovvee the STi.

I have a WRX (non-sti), and I can still smoke my friend's G35. STI vs. G35 is no contest.
STI vs. Evo is a little trickier, you can argue that forever without a clear answer. Go for the STI man, it's a gut feeling decision.

on a track the STi would destroy the G35, but the G35 isnt really in the same class, its alot more luxurious then the street legal rally cars. C&D preferred the Evo over the STi, but it was really so close that it didnt really matter. I personally like the looks of the EVO more then the STi but thats just me. STi costs more (~2000ish) but is easier to mod.

The G35 is a different class of car (as Dinan said above) - feature rich and a comfort to drive. The others are more sparse but are going to be quicker. Its all what you want out of it. It seems like a waste of money to buy a car based soly on being able to beat someone in a race.

personally, i would rahter get the g35 than a sti or evo. yes, i know the evo and sti are faster, but i rather have rwd and two doors. plus, the g35 is closely related to a z car, and i love z cars. but if it was between the sti and evo, i rather have the sti, cuz like everybody has been saying, they are so close in performance it comes down to personal preference and i like the sti a lot better in the looks department.

the sti is the fastest stock but the evo handles better.it depends on wut u want the car for if u r u planning on upgrading the cars get the evo.parts r easier 2 find for it, or a regular wrx there r plenty of parts for the regular wrx xs-engeneering makes some of the best parts for wrxs
