everyone is going to tell you that you are full of shit and that the idea is retarded, to just get a v-8, but i think i know what you want to do. that being said, i dont know. im sure its just a difficult as the 6 to 8 swap only with another 6. mounts, ecu, maybe front crossmember, maybe trans mount and crossmember, propabably coolant system components. its possible that it would actually be easier than the eight swap. look into it an let me know...

why go with 3.8? go witha 4.3. its a better engine and you could probly get the pcm from a blazer and use it. ya

they also put the 4.3 in the s10s, there pretty quick trucks, ive seen em run 15.8s stock

wats better for turbo-charging? 3.4 or 3.8? i read somewhere that the 3.8 is internally stronger than the 3.4. and dont dis v6s, ive seen some v6s do low 11s w/turbo

Yeah, w/ turbo. My 92 305 did low 11's n/a
But in any event, I don't think it'll be to much of a pain, but I wouldn't know first hand. |
