ONLY HEAT WORKS, NO COLD AIR 1997 blazer 4x4 4.3l

Well, guys, after GM fixed my windshield wiper motor issue (FREEBIE!) my cold air knob does not work at all. Seriously, even when its -10F degrees outside. I tell you what when its 80F degrees outside and im pants dress shirt tie action~ I am dieing. So, i replaced the stupid-ass heater (cold to hot) swith with a used one and it fixed the issue for about 24 hours and then it took a crap on me. So i finally broke down and ordered a new one (found it seperate from the whole assy) for $12! Can you believe it. I will let ya'll know when i get it installed and see if it fixes the problem. I doubt it.

Also, is there a damn recall on the stupid side mirrors. Mine look like they are going to fly off when im driving. That is a frikin factory defect for sure.

Oh yeah, anyone owning any vehical buy a K7n air filter. I am dead serious as a cheap upgrade it gives your vehical a trifecta nut.... lol dead serious. I put one in my blazer and it gave me a nice power increase. hey, $40. And you never have to replace it. 1,000,000 mile warranty! and you only have to clean it every 30k to 50k miles! instead of the normal cheapo that you replace every 10k (as the book recommends but who does..)

one more thing, does anyone know if the 1998 and above side mirrors fit on the 1997 blazer? Dont care if the power mirror hooks up. thanks~

Well damn it all That damn swith didnt do a damn thing. But i heard a new noise. when the engine is running and the blower is on low i can switch the heater to cool > ~but here is the bitch, You turn the blower up a notch or 2 or 3 and the thing goes to hot. (or without turning the blower up and driving and u cant turn it back to cool when driving but u can when idleing). Okay it makes a slaping noise when u turn up the blower like the door thing shuts to cut out cold air. What do i do how do i fix it?!?!?!

I cant believe i forgot to add that my ac works fine. feel the silver can under the hood and it is colder than hell.
