Does 1999 restock car models?

I noticed that once 1999.co.jp Fujimi and Hasegawa cars go out of stock, they don't reappear. Do they restock items at all? I missed some nice stuff and would like to get them if I can.

They do, but they take a long time to restock it. HLJ is fast in restocking.
