1999 Suburban middle seat option

I have a 1999 2500 with the 60/40 middle seat option. I am wondering if anyone knows if it were an option to get 2 buckets in the middle instead of the 60/40?

If so, any idea if it would be a direct bolt-in or take a great deal of work?

And of course, where in the world would I get such a thing (gray leather)?? I'm guessing I'll be searching some salvage yards.

My father-in-law had a 95-99 gmc with captains chairs in the middle row. Don't recall the exact year though.
