why is almost everyone one calling 13b's 2.6l when its a 1.3l hence the name....and the 26b (2.6l) is the 4 rotor race engine?

it has to do with how you measure the displacement of a rotary... Mazda set their standard of measuring it, but others disagree since there are 2 chambers working at once pretty much, since one is pushing air out while one takes air in, they think it is really double the displacement.... something like that.
