Window crank - Does it come off?!?!?!

Have a 87 Jeep Cherokee, sons actually, need to get window crank off to take off panel to put in BIGGER speakers. Ahhh, to be 15 again.....

Would appreciate some help.

yes it does, just give it a good pull and tug. When putting it back on just line it up and give it a a good hit.
