Unhappy Where have all the shortshifters gone?

Where can I find a shortshifter for my 2002 lancer OZ? And can someone please help me find a high performance throaty rally exhaust (i know about RMR) preferably a cat-back? Thanx a bunch...

I have the magnaflow, its good sound. not too loud and has some decent hp by exhaust standards.

by the way, buying a shortshifter for the OZ is not a very good investment since mitsubishi makes the best stock shifters around.
save the money to fix the restrictions your engine has.

huh?

I want a short shifter simply to reduce the distance between my gears... not alter my shifting quality. Between 1st and 2nd gear there's like 5 inches of shifting that you have to do! Although Mitsubishi's clutches are above par they can be improved.

Not sure...

Th e short shifter huh? I think Mits really did a good job on the shifter, I changed my knob out with a MOMO Race Air Aluminum shift knob, the best and much lighter then the standard knob. It's also shorter by an inch, so try a knob before you go playing with the shift fork.
As for the exhaust, I can get the part number, just gotta go to the shop, I think mine was a Universal muffler, I don't think that Magna flow is making the actuall application muffler for the Lancer just yet, every body is keeping ther bag of tricks for the EVo.

ill have to go find the part number for my exhaust, i just let magnaflow custom make it for my car because i just happened to know a dealer for them. It is not that loud but the noise you hear is pretty throaty at about 4000rpm.

ill get back to ya on the part number
