Windsheild Washers Giving LOW output in front none in back

My mom has a 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3 V6 and i am not sure exactly but i think this maybe happened after the accident she got into involving the front right, but the front windsheild washers, one works the other does'nt but the one that does work gives very crappy output and the rear gives none checked the fluid, and even took off the hose on the front and cleaned it that helped the front a little bit but the back we are at square one still any suggestions on that this might be? any help would be highly apperciated [email protected] is my e-mail thanks.
